Father Admits to Waterboarding 4-Year-Old Daughter Because She Could Not Recite Alphabet

We progressive bloggers throw the term torture around a lot vis-a-vis waterboarding.

What happens when the two terms are inextricably treated as equivalent in court?

Here’s a horrific story: A 27-year-old soldier in Tacoma, Washington has allegedly admitted to police that he waterboarded his four-year-old daughter – mere weeks after winning custody of her — because she could not recite the alphabet.

Because you know the prosecutor will do his/her best to equate the two terms.
