Surprise, surprise. Another Poll

A recent USA Today/Gallup poll surprised me. For one thing, I assumed the public doesn't want their people in Washington to be up for sale. But this chart which groups people by age is the real surprise. Do younger people believe bribes, kickbacks and basic cheating are acceptable behaviour?
