US Pushing SKorea and China To Help With NKorea

The US is trying to stop NKorea from launching their ICBM.

South Korea and China were urged to take a tougher line on North Korea when Washington warned that Pyongyang would pay a price if it launched a ballistic missile. [emphasis mine]
