Flip Flopping Isn't Flip Flopping If Repugs Do It

Basically this story is about how Repugs are changing their positions on the Iraq war. They used to call this "flip flopping", but I guess it isn't if they're doing it.

Anyway, this paragraph caught my attention:

Other conservatives grew more skeptical that there is anything the United States can now do to fix Iraq. "I don't know what the new course would be," said Richard N. Perle, former head of the Pentagon's Defense Policy Board and an early supporter of the war. "The options are extremely limited now. The new course that's necessary is new Iraqi leadership."

Why did it stand out? Because Richard N Perle is one of the main characters responsible for Bushco's illegal invasion of Iraq. And he is, in veiled words, calling for a coup d'état. If he wants one, it may happen.
