Can You Say Revolt?

Yeah, I thought you could. This from MyDD.

As with the House and the Senate, Republicans failed to pick up any gubernatorial seats held by Democrats and lost their majority.

I hadn't noticed this. What a slap in the face for the GOP. Amazing.

Avedon said...: Yeah, it also happened in state legislative bodies, too - Democrats picked seats up and didn't lose any. So we have state legislatures that have suddenly turned from red to blue. It was an almost magical election: Not one single Democratic incumbent in any race lost.; 11/30/2006 07:29:00 AM
