GAZA CITY (AFP) - Palestinian militant groups were to halt all rocket fire from the Gaza Strip against Israel from dawn on Sunday, with Israel promising to halt military operations and withdraw from the Palestinian territory.

Picky, but isn't that a strange headline? The Palistinians (people) and Israel (a country) agree...? Why doesn't it say Israelis?
