Can we require book reports from Bush?

I keep reading reports about Bush's reading this book or that book. This account says he's read 60 books. Most are important works with really big words and no pictures.

However, we never ask for a book report to find out if he really read the book or only the title. Maybe he only read the CliffsNotes®.

Let's grill the sucker on details to see what he actually did read. No sliding by on knowing major plot points and characters.

And the reports have to be oral. Wow, that should prove amusing. Anyway, we can't let someone else write the reports for him.
