Abu Graib for orphans

I've been reading about this situation and, after seeing the above picture, smell something fishy.

That room looks clean. There seem to be beds for all the children. Why are they naked on the floor? Does that make any fucking sense to you? Does it make sense such a picture might be staged? For what purpose? Are all Iraqis animals?

I just don't get it, but I also just don't buy it.
