Military says leaked Gitmo manual is old (AP)

Oops! Its pretty embarrassing when your slip is showing.

An operations manual for the U.S. prison at Guantanamo that was mysteriously posted on the Internet is out of date but still should not have been released to the public, the military said Wednesday.

I posted about this earlier and believe Wikipedia has more.

Out of date or not. The military should be ashamed such a manual ever was published considering the techniques suggested.
