Here is a list of countries we have fought in world wars or other confrontations since 1904. Could have gone back to England, but to no purpose.

The point is, any country can be an enemy at any time. We cannot allow a foreign country to control anything vital to US survival. I hope you can read this. It is taken from a table which didn't translate well. Interestingly enough, this list includes America.
