What The Hell Was I Thinking?

In this earlier post I wrote about NKorea's leverage in effecting talks between themselves and Bushco because they have an ICBM Bushco doesn't want them to launch. Then this.
The United States ruled out direct talks with North Korea over test firing a long-range ballistic missile as worldwide concern intensified over Pyongyang's readiness for a launch.

North Korea has offered talks with Washington over its plans but US President George W. Bush said the Stalinist state must honor agreements against testing missiles.

"This is not the way to do business in the world," Bush said while at an EU summit in Vienna.

"The North Koreans have made agreements with us in the past and we expect them to keep their agreements, for example on test launches," Bush said. [emphasis mine]

Of course Bushco doesn't want to talk and won't. And, of course they expect NKorea to abide by agreements they've made with US because Bushco honors all the agreements and international treaties we're parties to. Hahaha.

I guess breaking the law and treaties is reserved for our king only.
