Free Transportation For RNC?

Stolen wholesale from rangeragainstwar:
In an AP article covering President Bush's "race to salvage power" running up to next week's elections, writer David Espo reports, "His itinerary showed it would be a struggle. The Pre-election flight plan for Air Force 1 consisted of areas of the country where Republicans have unexpectedly run into trouble."

Did they say "unexpectedly"?

But main [sic] main query is: When did Air Force 1 become a tool for the Republican National Committee? AF1 is paid for by the taxpayers to facilitate movement of the President while doing his job as assigned to him by the constitution. This does not include pimping for the RNC.

Will the American treasury be reimbursed for this political use of government assets?

This Presidency has abused power so blatantly that nobody will question this illegal use of government property. The RNC should be required to pay for the costs of these political junkets.

This's a small issue, but one that needs investigating. He raises excellent questions.
