This should cause you some concern


There was a meeting of the Council for National Policy, as dangerous a group as you could envision. Just look at a few of the organizers. If this doesn't give you chills, you aren't paying attention.
The event was a meeting of the Council for National Policy, a secretive club whose few hundred members include Dr. James C. Dobson of Focus on the Family, the Rev. Jerry Falwell of Liberty University and Grover Norquist of Americans for Tax Reform. Although little known outside the conservative movement, the council has become a pivotal stop for Republican presidential primary hopefuls, including George W. Bush on the eve of his 1999 primary campaign.

It seems this group is quite apathetic. They see no idiot available within the GOP to run for president. Perhaps they should endorse Carrot Top?

Hey, I'm lowbrow enough to enjoy Carrot Top. He's a genius. He's carved out a niche for himself and its worked quite well for him. And I'm certain he could lead the country as well as, if not better than, king George.
