Feel free to embrace it as your own. You won't fail.

I RESOLVE TO CHANGE NOTHING!
Its a win-win resolution. I'm so proud of myself.

If so, I must be a writer.

Spent many years programming, mostly mainframes. Been in business for myself, sky dived, scuba dived, practiced karate (until the broken ribs & finger), driven a sprint car (unreal). Want the US to be great again and worry it's impossible. I consider myself a moderate because I believe most Americans don't approve of torture, do want everyone to have health care, a pension and/or a job, privacy, freedom and NO WAR. Not too radical. I use profanity like a sailor so you should leave if you are sensitive.

I have a friend who has resolved to be a "good girl" - that is, stop drinking, stop going to bars, stop partying, etc.
I told her that was a bad resolution, because she is guaranteed to break it, since she herself admits that she has a party she really needs to go to on the 16th of January, and another on February 2nd. Still she is dead set on "keeping" that resolution.
I think her resolution should be to stop making stupid decisions. But that's just me.
Works for me, and I won't even have to learn a new skill.
