This delusional man is the one who will decide if we attack Iran

And now for some pure fiction or deranged musings. Not sure which.
Vice President Cheney today predicted Iraq will be a self-governing democracy by the time he leaves office, calling the current U.S. surge strategy “a remarkable success story” that will be studied for years to come.

I don't know how my mind works or even if it does, but this joke comes to mind.
Two maroons decide to put their horses in the same pasture.

First maroon: How will we tell them apart?

Second maroon: We could measure their heights.

So they did and sure enough, the black one was one inch taller than the white one.

I guess this joke resonates on two levels. 1) Cheney can't see the obvious. His world is black and white, but the facts elude him. 2) Only maroons are part of the Bush administration.

That is a very revealing quote. It tells me Cheney doesn't plan to ever leave office.
