World population as of 03/12/2007: 6,635,141,529

Israel population as of 24/04/2007: 7,150,000

That's .001% of the people out there. One fucking thousandth.

Then take a look at a world map.

Area of Israel in sq km: 20,770.

Area of Côte d'Ivoire in sq km: 322,460

And while we're here, population of Cote d'Ivoice: 16,804,784.

BTW, can you find Cote d'Ivoire on a world map? Keep looking. Personally, I'd Google image search it. Yeah, its tiny and treated as insignificant.

True, Palestinians also objected to the UN resolution the US withdrew, but were somewhat flexible whereas the Israelis weren't. Had the only objections come from the Palestinians, I'm sure the resolution would not have been withdrawn.
