Because Bush and his vile lot have so much respect for our flag, right?

Riiiiight! About as much respect as they have for that "Goddamn piece of paper" called the US Constitution.

And women and immigrants and gays and Democrats and international law and US laws and treaties and Katrina victims and Congress and AIDS victims and blacks and welfare recipients and anyone who's poor and voters and dissenters and science and Mother Earth and our children and basically anyone who isn't one of them.

Did I mention Muslims, Hindus, Animists, Jehova's Witnesses, Rastafarians, Buddhists, Mormons, Sikhs, Shintos, Pagans, probably Catholics, Taoists, Atheists, Agnostics and anyone else who doesn't accept their fundie doctrine, unless their Jewish? And I'm not so sure they really accept Jews.
