Let's Plan What Comes Next

Being an optimist, I anticipate Dems taking the House and/or Senate in November. So, what next? You're lucky because I'm gonna tell ya.

The Dems need a list. A list of what the Replugs have fucked up the Dems have to correct. Feel free to contribute. I'll start.

1. Limit the power of signing statements. They should be the president's understanding of the law. They should not modify or negate any provision of the law established by Congress.

2. De-classify anything Bushco has classified which doesn't endanger our country.

3. Specifically limit NSA spying to - US to foreign countries communications only after getting judicial authorization. Same with emails and IMs.

4. Establish law requiring any law enforcement body to announce itself before entering a private home.

5. Make it absolute that if at any time Bushco is deposed/impeached/, SPIIDERWEB™ becomes sole ruler of the US.

6. Stop any and all monitoring of blogsites.
