Iran Dragging Its Heels?

I've said before it is perfectly reasonable Iran is taking its time (6 June to mid-August) to consider the offer presented by 6 nations intent on finding a compromise in the nuclear dispute.
Iran on Sunday called on the Europeans and the United States to be more patient on its formal response to the six-nation package aimed at resolving the nuclear dispute.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Hamid Reza Asefi made the call at his weekly press conference.

"The proposals contain legal, political and economic contents, all of them must be carefully examined, and we hope the Europeans understand that they can not sacrifice the accuracy for the sake of speed," Asefi told the reporters.

"We have to hold elevated discussions on the package, that's why we can not give a speedy response," he added.

Of course the idiot is already losing patience.
"It seems like an awful long time for a reasonable answer," Bush said. "It shouldn't take the Iranians that long to analyze what is a reasonable* deal. I said weeks, not months." [emphasis mine]

Iran is looking at what the proposals mean, how they affect Iranians and what the possible consequences will be of accepting the offer. Bushco doesn't plan further than a month out and can't understand Iran's thinking. Can't understand thinking, period. And sure as hell can't understand analyzing probable affects of its decisions.

* Ever notice Dim Son never says something like "what we consider a reasonable deal". He always talks in absolutes. This is reasonable because the idiot-in-chief says so.
